A bolt of lightning shoots out from your open palm. Roll a DEX saving throw, the target takes 2d4 lightning damage on a failed saving throw, or half the amount of damage on a successful saving throw. The target can't take reactions until the start of its next turn.

You can shoot 2 bolts of lightning when you reach level 4, 3 when you reach level 8, 4 when you reach level 12, 5 when you reach level 16 and 6 when you reach level 20. Each bolt of lightning works as stated above. Bolts of lightning can target the same target, or a different one.
