Vanguards Clawed Restraint

You create a spectral clawed hand target a creature within range. The hand wraps around the creature crushing their body in an attempt to drag them to the ground. The targeted creature must make a strength saving throw, on a failure the creature takes 4d8 bludgeoning damage and is dragged to the ground being knocked prone, and restrained by the claw. On a success the creature takes half damage and is knocked prone, but resists being restrained by the claw.
