A shield of golden protective force materializes around you. When you cast this spell, you gain a +2 to AC, as well as temporary hit points equal to your spellcasting ability modifier. While this spell is in effect, once per turn, when you successfully hit a creature with a melee attack, choose up to one friendly creature within 30 feet of you to regain 2d6 hit points.

The number of creatures this spell can heal per turn increases by one for each spell level above 3rd.
