Alatar's Acidic Spouts

When you cast this spell choose three points within 60ft of you a caustic spout of acid launches into the air in a 10ft radius centered on the point you chose each creature within that radius must a dexterity saving throw. Or take 7D4 acid damage and an additional 3D4 at the start of their turn on a success they take half the initial damage and none at the start of their turn. For the duration of the spell the acid spouts function as difficult terrain and for every 5ft a creature moves within the acid they take 2D4 acid damage. 

Casting at higher levels: When this spell is cast at 4th level or higher you create an additional spout of acid for each level above 3rd.
