Bodak's Glare

You invoke the powers of deep darkness and your eyes vanish, looking like holes in the universe itself.

Upon completion of the spell, you target a creature within range that can see you. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 12d10 necrotic damage, or half as much damage on a successful save. If the creature hit points drop to 0 it transforms into a bodak. The bodak is under your command permanently.
