Arcane Bindings

Cantrip: Arcane Binding: You create Arcane Bindings which snare your target. You make a spell attack roll, if the spell hits the targets movement is reduced to 0. The target is grappled until the start of your next turn. It is able to make a Strength Check against your spell DC to break free from the bindings. You can expend a 1st Level Spell-Slot to entangle the target completely which causes the target to be restrained.
