You create a beacon. This beacon Gives you any 3rd to 9th level spell and gives you +10 to hit rolls and damage. You can give this power to any ally you can see within 150 feet. this spell also gives you 5 extra actions for 3 turns. it also gives you Immunity to any type of damage for 1 round.
