Once the user learns the move Bloom they will constantly have pedals materializing behind them when they walk, as well when near any place that can naturally grow flowers. (Bushes, potted plants, wall vines, etc.) Those flowers will automatically bloom behind them as they walk. When using the spell the user is able to grow flowers anywhere they like. They do not have to say the spell to cast it, the user must simply wave there had in the direction they want the flowers to go. The user can also create platform’s or swing from vines (Your Dm can decide if you need to make a save when swing from the vines)
When using Bloom in battle (if you are using it to cause damage) will take up your bonus action. A regular hit will cause 1D4 of damage, if you prepare an action to use it before you will do 2D4 of damage, and if you do not attack with the 2D4 damage and instead ready another action you will do 3D4 of damage the next turn. If you chose to try and grapple your target when hit, the target must make a dex save to not be grappled. They are safe if they roll above a 15.
But growing such complex flower art and doing damage in battle doesn’t come without a bit of practice. If you wish for your character to be graceful and elegant while doing their flower stunts you need to practice. When you first start performing Bloom you must make a performance check of 15 to not have it backfire on you. (Trip, fall, hit your self in the face, etc. The dm can decide.) To avoid the performance check you must use the spell 3 times out of battle and in 3 different battles. But when you use the spell 10 times out of battle and in 10 different battles you will get a +1 to your performance checks and +1 to your rolls when trying to hit a target while using it. A second way to avoid this is by talking to your dm about your backstory and if your character has used this spell in the past.
