You remind a creature you can see within range that they are a small thing on a small rock floating through space, and in million years, everything they love and know today will be forgotten, as if it never happened. If the target can understand you, it must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 psychic damage and have disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of its next turn. On a success, the target takes half damage and suffers no other effects.
At Higher Levels. For every spell slot above 1st expended, you deal an additional 1d6 psychic damage.
cool spell, not sure about cha save since it doesnt really have anything to do with personality. I think an INT save may be more appropriate since its basically trying to get over a mental hurdle.
The spell has roots in vicious mockery, so I can see a case for a Wisdom saving throw. However, I think that to overcome this spell, one has to reaffirm their place in the world, which seems inextricably linked to personality. Intelligence saving throws are typically reserved for more mind-scrambling effects like synaptic static.
