The ground seems to churn and rumble, cracks appearing where illusionary faceless creatures pull themselves from the ground, 3 faceless illusions appear moving around the area affected, moving 5 feet in any direction during your turn; however, they are confined to a 30 feet cube they were summoned in.
As a bonus action, you may attack with one of your illusions. Make a melee spell attack roll, if it hits the target they take 1d8 + your spellcasting modifier in psychic damage and must make a Wisdom saving throw. They become frightened on a failed save, or half as much and resist the frightened on a successful one. As an action, you may move one illusion anywhere you like within the radius that they were summoned in.
The illusions have your AC, and have 1d4 + your Intelligence modifier in hp; further, at the start of each affected creature's turn, they may make a Wisdom saving throw to end the frightened condition, with advantage if they saw one of the illusions dispelled.
A creature automatically succeeds its saving throws if it relies on senses other than sight, such as blindsight, or if it can perceive illusions as false, as with truesight.
At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a 4th level spell slot or higher, you may add 1 faceless illusion and attack with an additional illusion per bonus action per level.
