Chained Hell

You concentrate your magic into the wrists of your hands and then release flaming chains that entangle your enemy, burning their skin and slowly crushing them.

They must roll a DEX saving throw, if they succeed they take a quarter of the damage you would've dealt but if they fail they take 3d8 fire damage and get restrained. If you target more than one enemy, they take half as much damage.

At higher spell levels: 4th Level (4d8+2 more chains), 5th level (5d8+1 more round of duration), 6th level (6d8+15ft more range)
