Binding seal

This spell can be cast on the ground or a wall and it takes the form of a circle that has a radius of 5 feet, after it is cast it becomes invisible. It activates when someone touches it, the person who touched it get wraped in durable magic cloth and to escape it he must succeed a strenght saving throw of 13.
