Alatir’s Extradimensional Expansion

You touch the wall of a room no bigger than 20 feet by 20 feet.  The room becomes an extradimentional space and its interior triples in size.  Any nonmagical amenities in the room also triple (beds, wardrobes, chairs, etc.) for the duration but cannot leave the room.

If this spell is cast on the same room every day for a year it becomes permanent.

At higher levels this spell's room size maximum increases 10 feet by 10 feet for each level above 2nd.
