The user channels magic from inside if themselves to summon black lightning in the palm of their hand that they can use for various purposes
1-the user creates black lightning shooting it forward shocking the target (bonus action/reaction) dealing 1d6 lightning damage
2-the user covers their weapon with black lightning making it do 2d6 lightning damage(added to normal damage) (bonus action)
3- the user builds up lightning in their hand and slams it into the ground causing all targets within a 20 ft radius to be affected (targets can make a dexterity check with a dc of 13 to avoid) dealing 2d6 lightning damage(action)
4- the user can charge a large amount of lightning and shoot it into the sky causing it to become increasingly stronger depending on how long you charge it (ranging from one turn to three) (1 turn= 3d6 2turns=4d6 3turns=5d6 lightning damage)
