Age Reversal

With this spell, the ravages of time is nothing that cannot be undone. Choose a target you can touch. You must keep physical contact for the entire hour, with one hand on the target and the other hand holding the diamond and feather. Upon completion of the spell, the target reverses in age by 2D12 years (minimum: 2 years, maximum: 24 years). If the target is unwilling, they can make a DC20 CON save. On a success, they only regress half the number of years rolled.

If the target is younger than the number of years they will be reversed to, the target cannot grow younger then 5 years old. There is a risk that some of their memories may be lost if their brains grow too small to store them all, but the target will not forget the most important memories, such as their own identity, important friends and/or family members, etc. Memories that are lesser connected to the target sense of self, such as the details of a recent quest, a certain book, or a person's appearance, may elude them.

A target can only have the spell cast on them once per month. The caster can only cast this spell once per seven days. The spell can be reversed only with a wish spell (and if they have one, realistically, they can just be whatever age they wanna be at that point).
