Have you ever shot your bow and a random portal appears and swoops your arrow in an in opportune time? Well it's because of this spell. One fools misfortune is another fools murder device as that arrow is being used to murder someone else almost definitely and always from the side. This spell does not miss and deals 1d8 magical piercing. At higher levels it does an additional 1d8 per level as some unlucky archers are probably very confused and upset.
