The caster produces a musical note using one instrument in which he is competent or singing (if he is able). This note is hurled at full speed at a target within range. Make an attack roll with spell against the target, if successful it takes 1d6 thunder damage and make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. If the roll fails, the target is deafened until the end of his next turn.
