Mage Armor that has been modified to be a powerful protective and slowing force. The Caster targets a willing creature not wearing armor and imbues with a protective aura of energy and Frost. The target's AC becomes 14+Dexterity Modifier, and gains a 5ft aura that causes anyone within range at the start of their turn to make a Constitution saving throw based on the casters Spell Save DC. Upon failure, the affected movement speed is halved. Their speed will be reduced unless they begin a turn outside of the aura.
*When cast at 3rd level, the spell becomes Concentration and lasts for only 1 minute, but gains the following bonuses. The AC becomes 15+Dexterity, and the aura deals 2d6 Frost Damage, or half as much on a successful save. Every spell slot Level cast above 3rd increases the damage by 1d6
