With a low wave of one cupped hand, you cause a horrid stench to fill a five foot cube within thirty feet of you. (The spell creates no visual component, though a slight squeak or toot sound might accompany the casting).

The stench lingers in that spot until the end of your next turn. Until then, any creature that starts its turn in that space must make a Constitution saving throw against your Spell Save DC. On a failure the target spends its action retching and reeling. Treat the target as having the [*poisoned] condition until the end of the round. 

Creatures that don't need to breath automatically succeed on their saving throw.
