Whisper

For the duration (10 Minutes) all sound created or that passes through a 20-foot-radius sphere will be reduced to a Whisper centered on a point you choose within range. Also any speech passing through or out of the sphere will be incomprehensible. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere has resistance to thunder damage. Also any spells or ability's dependent on speech for effect are rendered ineffective passing through the spheres limits.
