Quicksilver coats your hands and tongue. For the duration, as long as you use your action to attack with a weapon/natural weapon, you can cast a 1 action cantrip as a bonus action. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus + your spell modifier. The spell then ends.

The cantrip requires no components and can be cast even if you are in another form that can not normally cast spells such as wildshape.
