Upon casting this spell, the caster makes a joke about the target's mother that causes permanent emotional damage. All targets in a 20 x 5 foot line from the caster must roll a Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failure, the target takes 2d8 emotional damage and has disadvantage on all saving throws for 1 round. On a success, the target takes 1d8 emotional damage and does not suffer emotional damage. 

Casting at higher levels: This spell does 1d8 extra emotional damage and inflicts disadvantage for 1 more round for every level above 1st level for the spell slot used.
