Choose a point that you can see within 120 feet of you, and create a cyclone of air that saps the heat out of everything in a 30 foot radius. With the temperature dropping, a creature within the radius must make a Constitution Saving Throw or take 12d6 cold damage and be petrified on the spot. While petrified in this way, they are vulnerable to bludgeoning damage. The creature can make the Saving Throw again at the end of each of their turns. A creature that succeeds on the saving throw takes half damage, and is not petrified, but their movement speed is halved until the end of their next turn.
When a creature starts its turn in the spell's radius, they must make the saving throw to avoid the damage. If a creature is petrified due to this spell, they automatically fail this saving throw.
