Waterspout

Creates a spout of water 5ft high and adds an additional 5ft per level of the character that is using it. You can only activate one spout at a time.

The spout has enough force to throw a medium creature 5ft into the air per level of the character using the cantrip. The spell only lasts a day but can be dispelled when not needed.

This spell only works when there is a water source nearby or under the ground
