For the duration, you can determine the condition of creatures near death within 30 feet of you. You know whether each creature that you can see is dead, dying (unconscious and at 0 hit points), bloodied (at half its hit points or fewer), Undead, or neither alive nor dead (such as a Construct). Furthermore, you can detect whether a creature is under the effects of the feign death spell.
