Billowing Razors

You activate a cloak of billowing to which you have for some stupid reason sewn razor blades to the hem of. All creatures within 5 feet of you must succeed in a constitution saving throw or take 1d6 magical slashing damage.

The spell’s damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6) due to your increasing stupidity and the increasing number of razor blades you have sewn to the cloak..
