Cacophony

You prove your bark is stronger than your bite. As with just a call, people in a 20ft radius will be affected by an unbearable sound.

Each creature in the 20ft sphere must make a constitution saving through, but creatures who have the deafened status effect have an advantage. On a failed saving throw the creature will take 6D6 psychic damage and break concentration if they were.

If cast at a higher level the spell will do an extra 1D6 damage per level and the creature will receive the deafened status effect.
