Water Whip

Multiple streams of concentrated water whip out and strike one target of your choosing for 2d8 magical slashing damage. The whips then proceed to wrap around and attempt to pull & restrain the target.

Target must succeed a strength saving throw, (against caster's spell save DC) or be pulled up to 10ft towards the caster and restrained until the end of your next turn.
