Blightning

You call forth a streak of red hued lightning and assault a creature you can see. The target must make a wisdom saving throw.  The target takes 2d6 lightning damage on a failed save or half as much if they succeed.

The target suffers a 1d6 penalty on attack rolls  for 2 rounds on a failed save or a 1d4 penalty if they succeed.
