Arc Lightning

You create a bolt of lightning that arcs toward an area of your choice that you can see within range. Every creature in that line must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d10 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. 

After casting this spell, you cannot move or take reactions until the end of your next turn.

Higher Level: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10.
