Web shot

You conjure forth a ball of webbing that you can then launch at a target within range. Make a ranged spell attack and on a hit the target is restrained. The target can on subsequent turns use its action to make a strength saving throw to break free. Another creature can help break the webbing by dealing damage to it, it has an AC of 5 and 10 HP. The webbing is vulnerable to fire damage and if the webbed creature takes fire damage, the webbing takes the same amount.
If aimed at a surface it creates a 5ft square of difficult terrain and affects the eight 5ft squares around it.
