You grow a tree around your body. This tree looks normal from the outside but a good investigation or perseption rool will reveal your disguise.

The tree can absorb 50 damage and fire deals dubble damage.

While in the tree you are restraind, you cant see outside and cant cast somatic spells as well no one outside the tree can hear you.

You cant undo the spell you have to wit the spell out or detor the tree. 

When the spell ends you have to make a strength saving trow over 10 to get out from the tree. If you fail you can make another one after 1 minute.
