You touch a non-hostile tree, bush, or suitably-sized plant within range. The plant you touch uproots and shapes itself into a steed you can ride. You decide the steed's appearance, and it also grows a saddle, bit, and bridle (which are all made of wood and are a part of its body).
For the duration, you or a creature you choose can ride the steed. The steed uses the statistics for a Riding Horse, except that Difficult Terrain does not slow its movement. When the spell ends, the plant gradually replants itself in the ground, and returns to its original shape, giving the rider up to 1 minute to dismount. The spell ends early if you use an action to dismiss it, or if the steed takes any damage - unless the steed is destroyed, it replants itself, as above.
