A creature you can see within range starts to hear otherworldly whispers. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a successful save, the target takes 3d8 psychic damage, and the spell ends. On a failed save, the target takes 6d8 psychic damage and becomes frightened of you. The frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
