Arileas' Whipping Rocks

You nominate a point within range that you can see. Small pieces of rock, pebbles, packed dirt and other debris rise from the ground and create a vortex that pummels a group of creatures.

Each creature within a 40ft sphere takes a Dexterity saving throw. Each creature takes 1d4+1 Bludgeoning damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful save.
