Cold Snap

Cold Snap. You plant the glaive firmly against the ground and unleash a wave of freezing energy in a 15-foot radius around you. Each creature in this area must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or take 6d10 cold damage and have its speed reduced to 0 on its next turn. A creature that succeeded on this saving throw takes half as much damage and has its speed halved instead.
