You create a glowing dart of magical force. Choose a creature or object you can see within range and make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 2d4+1 force damage.

The spell creates more than one dart when you reach higher levels: two darts at 5th level, three darts at 11th level, and four darts at 17th level.
