Bernoullis Barometric Bomb

A small stream of air rushes from your verbal que to a point you choose within range and draws in the gasses or liquids surrounding the chosen point, pressurizes them, and then releases, resulting in an explosion of pressure. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Strength saving throw. A target takes 7d6 force damage and is pushed 5-feet away on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one and is not pushed back.

After the explosion the surrounding gasses or liquids rush to fill the empty space, but any gasses that were present in the space when the spell was cast will be reduced to a liquid form due to the lost heat energy while in its pressurize state.
