You create a small spatial tear within range that can fit one person. You can use this black hole on yourself or a willing creature of size Medium or below to teleport up to 30 ft from their starting position.

Alternatively, you target one creature that you see within range. If the creature is of size Medium and below, they must succeed a Dexterity saving throw or be teleported up to 30 ft into the air, or as high as the area you are in would allow. A creature automatically succeeds if they have a size category of Large or higher.
