You cover your self in a bubble of energy, everything out side the bubble then turns grey and rewinds to a maximum 3 days and for the next five hours anything you do can change the time you came from, you will also be given a metal band on either wrist to indicate the time left on the spell via a glowing meter around the band .When you touch a magical item that wasn't equipped to you before you cast the spell or you cast a spell that is 5th level or higher the spell ends and a spell 4th level or lower will decrease the spell time based on the level, for example a 2nd level spell will decrease the time by two hours and a 3rd level spell will decrease it by 3 hours, cantrips do not affect the spell's time .If someone with truesight active looks at you your form is slightly obscured and the band around your arm is visible as a bright light to them
The spell ends if you either dismiss the spell yourself, the timer runs out, the band on your wrist is removed or someone casts dispel magic on the band
You can use 2 sorcery points to increase the spell's time by 1 hour and you can use 5 points to increase the time your sent back by 1 day
