As an action, the caster creates the sound of whalesong from their own vocal chords and directs it toward a creature within range. The sound reverberates off their eardrums and throws off their balance.

On a failed save, the target takes 1d6 force damage and their next attack is done at disadvantage.

You may select two targets at level 5, three at level 7, four at level 11, and five at level 15.
