Belligerent item

You touch a non-magical item and choose up to six creatures. Those creatures do not invoke the item's belligerence. This spell cannot affect an entire building but can be cast on an item like a door. It can be cast on a cart or wagon or even a simple sword.  Until dispelled, the item will yell at those that try and use it and will continually refuse to do what it is asked to tell to do. It can become completely and magically immobile, it can move on its own, swear, call people names, but will not harm anyone unless they harm it first. Those not affected by the item's belligerence can use the item as normal.
