All creatures within 15 feet that can understand the spellcaster's language are implanted with a one sentence statement that they will believe as true with a failed Wisdom Saving Throw. 
For the next 10 days, all creatures that failed their initial saving throw also suffer DISADVANTAGE saving throws or contest checks whenever something goes against the implanted belief. Conversely, if something supports their implanted belief, they benefit from ADVANTAGE on related saving throws or contest checks; And if they must fight for their belief, they gain 1d4 temporary hit points.

At higher levels the spell levels, range grows by a 5ft radius and the duration increases by 10 days.
