Ashardalon's Decree

Focusing on the magical aspect of chromatic dragons you can choose up to 3 friendly creatures and imbue them with the power of Ashardalon's Decree. The chosen creatures gain resistance to a element damage type of your choice (Fire, Cold, Lightning or Poison) for the remainder of the spells duration. Additionally each creature gains 1d4 damage to successful melee attacks while under this effect of that chosen element. You can increase the number of individuals chosen for this effect by 1 for every spell level increase.
