You spend 10 minutes drawing crafting a runic pattern that on completion turns an item into an illustration of the item this can either be in a book a wall or something else that can be drawn on, the item cannot be living.
The drawing cannot be erased however the object the drawing is on can be destroyed, if this happens the item is then plunged into astral sea unless a drawn vault exists under the owners control. a vault can be a chest or a safe and the item must fit in otherwise it will still be lost. the vault can be lost like any other drawing.
The enchantment can be strengthened to by spending an addition 100 gold worth of crushed rubies per level for each 100g gold you spend it increases the dispel dc by +1 up to a maximum of +10.
At any point the original caster can dispel the magic with a command word.
