You target a creature that is being healed or in the process of regenerating, inversing the energies targeting the creature. Until after the target's next turn, everytime the target creature is being healed the target must make a Constitution saving throw. The target takes the amount it would heal as necrotic damage on a failed save, or the healing is simply negated on a successful one. This spell has no effect on constructs.

If the target has innate regeneration, this regeneration becomes a damage over time debuff that lasts until after the target's next turn.
