You create whisps of wind around a weapon you're wielding. Until the spell ends, the chosen weapon deals 1d4 extra piercing damage when you hit a target, and is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances.

Additionally, any creature hit by the chosen weapon must make a dexterity save. If a creature fails the save, the creature is surrounded by whisps of air that distract the target, preventing them from taking a reaction until the end of their next turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for every slot above 3rd.
