This spell creates a 200-mile wide gateway that is accessible by every plane and demiplane, anywhere throughout time and space. Once the spell has been cast, the caster instantly dies and can't be brought back to life until the portal is closed. The only way to Close the Portal is if 1000 different beings all cast wish on it simultaneously, and wish for it to go away.
