A tear in the weave of time opens, streaking towards a creature within 60 ft. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, it takes 8d8 force damage.
If a creature is killed by this spell, it is removed from the weave of fate, undoing it's impact upon the world in a localized area. All damage dealt by this creature since the start of its last turn is reversed, healing all damaged creatures and objects for the damage dealt by the creature. If this healing effect would bring an unconscious creature above 0 hit points, or would undo a killing blow, the creature regains consciousness and is no longer dead, but revives prone. If the healed creature no longer has a body to heal, as if by the disintegration spell, their body reforms at their last location.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 5th.
