Interesting idea, but not very well written. Starting with range, dnd range is usually in increments of 5 ft., making it easier to use on a board, and fitting the general theme of dnd. Casting time is 1 special, but the special wasn't specified, so how long does it take to cast? Also how many enemies are targeted by the effect? One enemy, two enemies, all enemies within range, or something else? You should also add a saving throw to attempt to avoid the stun effect, and also a duration of how long it lasts.

Wrath lasts 1 round, as in the duration of the spell and allows you to kill two enemies in one strike. Several things to mention here, the first being that killing two enemies with one strike, especially with a 6th level spell, is very overpowered. For a comparison, the 9th level spell power word kill targets only one creature and only kills it if the target has less than 100 hit points. Also is an attack roll required to hit the two targets, and do they have to be within a certain distance of each other? And limiting this spell to specific classes would be a little better. It would probably be best for paladins as they are the most likely to be in the front line, and it does seem to have a radiant, or divine, effect.
